William Tran
Associate Attorney
William Tran attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he received his Juris Doctorate with a concentration in Intellectual Property. While at Loyola, William also served as a Note and Comment Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review, Treasurer of the Intellectual Property and Cybersecurity Law Society, and Alumni Chair of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
William’s experience focuses on business litigation and intellectual property matters. He has represented clients in trademark, copyright, patent, breach of contract, partnership dispute, and fraudulent transfer matters in both state and federal courts.
William is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
