Cindy Boun
Associate Attorney
Since becoming a licensed attorney in 2019, Cindy Boun has successfully navigated clients through a diverse array of business litigation matters, including employment, contract, real estate, and intellectual property disputes. With a keen understanding of the intricacies of each case, she is both knowledgeable and adept at managing cases from inception to resolution, including through mediation, arbitration, and/or trial. Cindy comprehends the multifaceted considerations that businesses face, and is dedicated to providing her clients with informed and cost-efficient solutions, while equally prepared to vigorously advocate or defend her clients as circumstances demand.
Cindy earned her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, with a concentration in Civil Litigation. While in law school, Cindy also served as the Senior Production Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review and Loyola’s Collateral Consequences of Conviction Justice Project.
Cindy was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2023.
