Timothy Schneider is an associate with the firm The Myers Law Group, focusing his practice on intellectual property, business litigation and business transactional matters.

He earned his J.D. from Whittier Law School, graduating at the top of his class. While in law school, he was an articles editor on the Whittier Law Review as well as a Fellow for the Center for Intellectual Property Law. He graduated with certificates in intellectual property and legal writing, as well as receiving an impressive seven CALI Excellence for the Future Awards® for the highest grades achieved in multiple subjects, including patents, transactional legal writing, the legal aspects of venture capital and private equity and real property. Timothy was a Dean's Merit Scholar and was privileged with the Whittier Law Review's publication of his article, "Business Method Patents: In the Wake of CLS, How Should They Be Treated?" (36 Whittier L. Review 195).

Timothy is admitted to practice in all the courts of the state of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Orange County Young Lawyers Division.
